Ashley Rolfe has more than 40 years of industry experience in sales and marketing management. He has overseen both domestic and international initiatives and built solid, trust-based relationships with distributors and manufacturers across the US.
Through his extensive background in architectural hardware, Ashley has a proven track record of sales growth and unparalleled customer service. Having worked closely with both a direct sales team and manufacturer rep agencies, Ashley understands what is necessary to provide measurable growth within a territory. He has direct experience managing the southeast region, with a focus on North Carolina and South Carolina, since 2001.
